This guide is for all nature-seekers who frequent sandy shoreline of the French Atlantic coast and are interested in the small animals they encounter. It aims to be usable by everyone, regardless of their level of knowledge of the natural sciences. Around 130 species are covered, chosen from among the most typical and easiest to observe, and almost always illustrated with original photographs.
The three authors, naturalists by vocation, teach life and earth sciences.
